Entrée Descriptions
Shephard’s Pie Seasoned ground beef, topped with homemade “Yukon Gold” mashed potatoes, baked with sharp cheddar cheese, sweet peas, and Guinness gravy. Served with side of garlic bread.
Irish Stir Fry Cabbage, peppers, Broccoli, carrot, and mushrooms sautéed in a zesty peanut sauce and served over rice in a wonton bowl.
Taco Salad Chicken or chili with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar jack cheese, jalapenos and sour cream in a crispy taco bowl with salsa on the side. Don’t be put-off by the name, “Salad” – This is a meal in it self!
Guinness Meatloaf Generous portion of homemade meatloaf topped with savory Guinness gravy. Served with gravy mashed potatoes and veggies.
Chicago Beef Dip Roasted Angus beef served hot with provolone cheese on a toasted garlic roll. Served with au jus and coleslaw.
Hot Brown Smoked ham and roasted turkey breast open faced on French bread in a creamy wine sauce topped with tomato and bacon baked in a crock.
Tuscan Chicken Grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed spinach, jack cheese, sun dried tomatoes and bacon. Choice of one side: baked potato, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, fries, veggies, or coleslaw.
